Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council strives to create a workplace of belonging for all at Rainbow. Please share your experiences & feedback with us so we can continue our mission. This includes positive or negative experiences, observations, or recommendations specific to DEIB at Rainbow.
Experiences can include but are not limited to: microaggressions*, comments, gestures, or conversations about a person’s gender, ethnicity, disability, race, etc., that you observed or directly experienced. Your feedback will go to Human Resources for review and shared with the DEI Council as appropriate.
*Microaggression – a statement, action, or incident of indirect, subtle, or unintentional discrimination against members of a marginalized group such as gender, racial, or ethnic minority.
