At Rainbow, we believe there’s more to life than just coming to work. Our employee sponsorship program supports and encourages team members to engage in activities outside of work, fostering personal growth and community involvement.
Rainbow Support
Rainbow will contribute up to $500 per employee to an eligible event or organization of the employee’s choice. To qualify, complete the form below and provide the required documents. Six sponsorships are available per quarter.
Eligible Events/Organizations: School sports & clubs, personal sports & clubs, church organizations, volunteer events, community activities, etc. (Not eligible: industry related events/organizations, political organizations).
Eligible Employees: Employees local to the Twin Cities including Treecare, Lawncare/Holiday Design, Pest Experts, and Shared Services.
During Event/Activities: Share photos at the event on UKG or with the marketing team.

Program Terms & Conditions
- One awarded sponsorship per employee per year
- If funds remain at the end of a quarter, additional sponsorships will be allowed in the next quarter
- Organization/event must be local to the Twin Cities
- Sponsorships awarded first come, first serve
- Sponsorship approvals are subject to additional documentation or follow-up
- Approval committee reserves the right to decline a sponsorship based on criteria
- Application must include an event flyer or event registration to be eligible
- Payment for sponsorship will be written directly to the organization unless discussed with committee
- Organization W-9 may be requested
