It facilitates a structured process for reporting, investigation, and resolution while ensuring employee support, manager accountability, and HR oversight.

By completing this form, you acknowledge that you may be required to cooperate in an investigation. Rainbow Companies will not retaliate against any employee for filing a complaint.
