Rules

  1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all Rainbow employees.
  2. Photo Requirements:
    • Photos must be submitted in JPG or PNG format.
    • Only one photo per pet, but you may submit a 2nd entry if you have more than one pet.
    • Photos must be appropriate for the workplace environment, or they will be disqualified.
  3. Original Work: The photo must be your own or taken by someone in your household. No heavily edited images, please.
  4. Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted via email to Deb Peterson ([email protected]) or Ben Albert ([email protected]) by October 16th, 2024.
  5. Voting: You will be emailed the link (to your Rainbow email address) to view the pet photos and vote. Employees can cast one vote per category for their favorite photo. To vote you will need to include your name, your Rainbow email address, and the numbers of the photos you are voting for. Voting will be open from October 21st to October 25th.
  6. Prizes:
    • Each category will be awarded a 1st ($100), 2nd ($75), and 3rd ($50) place prize.
    • Winning photos will be featured at the Rainbow Q3 Open Book Meeting
